The programme is delivered by a multi-agency team, with representation from all the key stakeholders in the city:the LSC, the LEA, Sheffield College, Rotherham College of Arts and Technology, the learning partnership,Connexions/Sheffield Futures, Business Education South Yorkshire and Work-based learning providers.
